MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Monday arrested an expatriate on charges of vandalism and theft.
In a statement issued, ROP said the expat of Asian nationality vandalized a house which is under construction in the Wilayat of Barka.
“Legal procedures against him are being completed,” ROP added.
