MUSCAT: The Jabal Al Akhdar Tourism Festival will begin from August 23-27, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism said on Thursday.
The festival includes a number of recreational and tourism activities aimed at highlighting the unique tourism components in Jabal Al Akhdar.
The festival includes mountain adventure activities for adventurous riders on the Green Mountain trails, introducing the pomegranate harvest season and its importance to the local community, in addition to other activities of a recreational, cultural and social nature.
