MUSCAT: Every minute is more valuable to a company mogul or entrepreneur than the majority of us realise. Even while on a family vacation, they would be thinking about work-related meetings, initiatives, and planning. They undoubtedly lead distinct lives, which they also enjoy.

This insight inspired Alhind Oman to develop a special initiative that blends business travel with leisure travel, utilising the network of comfortable chartered aircraft, top-notch accommodations, and all the procedures in place to handle all the paperwork, ensuring a well-organised business trip. The project which will get underway in November 2022, was launched at Hilton Garden Inn Muscat in Al Khuwair.

In contrast to traditional business travels, here, the travellers need not worry about anything and may choose to plan it as a new kind of family holiday. This will benefit businesspeople based in the Middle East, India, or other nations who want to expand their network while spending quality time with their families.

The family can travel and see the interesting sites they like while they hold meetings with traders, suppliers, manufacturers, and manufacturing units to expand their business network and seal new transactions. They are welcome to join the business trip if they have a business-minded disposition as well. In this manner, you can have fun without sacrificing important work time.

While most of the operators focus on religious trips or sightseeing, there are no agencies concentrating on such a unique idea, said Reena Rahman, COO, Alhind Oman.

“This kind of a trip requires lots of coordination with different agencies including embassies, but we have a very strong network thus ensuring that everything is streamlined,” she added.

“Moreover, we need to identify the right wholesalers and manufacturers in every destination. So Alhind will identify the manufacturers and other facilities in every destination suiting the requirements of the business people visiting there. Here Alhind Oman plans to introduce traders’ charter or trade group travel covering six countries – China, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, India and Bangladesh.”

This project combines travel, tourism, and business in a special way so that business travellers can learn more about the host nation and its commerce. Instead of just paying them a visit, this journey helps them forge a lasting relationship because Alhind Oman has already done the preliminary research, and tourists can select the location based on their preferences.

Undoubtedly, a successful business may be conducted over a cup of coffee. Alhind Oman has planned more than simply a meeting for this initiative, which will begin in November. It provides a defined plan for follow-up actions, which helps with developing a forward plan to make sure your company gets the most out of attending trade events.

According to the group behind the new initiative, the convenience of conducting business also refers to the ease of travel and lodging, which Alhind Oman guarantees to customers’ values, and there is a class and quality in every step of its commercial connections.

According to the team behind this innovative concept, the project will soon be expanded to new locations with the goal of creating a global business network for traders and entrepreneurs as well as offering them support on multiple fronts, including technological support.
