MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman was ranked fourth in the Arab world with the lowest youth unemployment in the world.
The list was put together by the American website, Global Economy, based on the available data for the year 2021.
The unemployment rate among the youth in the Sultanate of Oman in 2021 was 14.57 per cent.

Niger was ranked the least in the world in terms of youth unemployment, at just 1.02 percent, followed by Qatar and Cambodia. Djibouti ranked the world’s most youth unemployment country, with a rate of 79.91 percent, followed by South Africa, Swaziland and Libya.
