MUSCAT: The National Centre for Statistics and Information is conducting a survey to understand public opinion about government services.
The aim behind the survey is to get to know the opinions of those utilising government services by evaluating their level of satisfaction related to submitting or closing the service request.
The survey would also identify the views of beneficiaries and assess the level of satisfaction with electronic services for related services.
