MUSCAT: Muscat Electricity Distribution Company directed its subscribers to pay electricity dues on a regular basis to avoid accumulating it, which may lead to difficulty in full payment later.
In order to facilitate the process of paying dues, the company confirmed that it provides multiple and easy channels to pay these dues, whereby subscribers can pay through any of the following channels:
- Converse with Nour via WhatsApp (+968 72727770)
- On the official MEDC website
- Contacting the call centre (80070008)
- MEDC’s smartphone application – MEDC MyAccount
- Other mobile apps such as ONEIC Bill & Pay; OIFC Khedmah
- Applications of local banks, their ATMs and their multiple branches
- Payment machines for offices such as OIFC; ONEIC Bill & Pay and Omantel
