MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police confiscated 13 kilograms of hashish from two smugglers in Dhofar Governorate.
The Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control Department, with cooperation from the Dhofar Governorate Police, arrested two smugglers belonging to African nationality in possession of illegal drugs.
The legal procedures are being completed against them, the ROP said in a statement.
