MUSCAT: The Al Dhahirah Governorate Police Command arrested a citizen on Monday, August 1.
The accused was arrested on charges of firing a live bullet at another citizen, causing his death.
Legal procedures have been initiated against the accused, the authorities said. No further details have been revealed about this incident by the officials.
