MUSCAT : Pranshu Dasgupta of Indian School Al Ghubra (ISG) is the Oman topper with 99.4% in the recently concluded CBSE Class 12 examination, while Aman Saji of Indian School Sohar is the Oman topper of Class X CBSE Board exam with a phenomenal score at 99.8%.

In the Class 12 CBSE board exam, Rathod Smit Amitkumar from Indian School Sohar got the second position with 98.4%; and the third position is shared by two students from Indian School Al Ghubra –Ishan Jabir and Keshav Balwant Deoskar – both scoring 98.2%.

In Class 10 CBSE board exam, the second position is claimed by Keziah Mariam Koshy Varghese of Indian School Al Maabela at 99.6%, while Abhinav Sunil Prasad of Indian School Salalah claims the third position with 99.4%.

A total number of 1859 students appeared for the Class 12 and 2459 students appeared for Class X CBSE examinations held this year.
