MUSCAT: The Royal Cavalry won first and second places in the second half of the competition held at Pompadour Racecourse in France. The competition was for purebred Arabian horses covering a distance of 1700 metres.
The horse Jalil, led by jockey Michael Forest and supervised by Al-Madry Senchaz, won the first place. Khalsa, led by jockey Maxime Folon and supervised by coach Charles Jordan, won second place.
Horse Ips de Litter, owned by Eric Schumette, led by jockey Millie Vollard and supervised by coach Eric Delova, won the third place.
