MUSCAT: An Omani citizen was honoured for rescuing a family, trapped in their home due to the overflowing wadi of Wilayat Bahla in Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate.
Lieutenant-Colonel Hamid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Al Dakhiliyah Police Command, presented the citizen with a plaque to honour his courageous feat.
The honour was presented to the citizen in appreciation of his keenness to help and to boost the existing cooperation between the Royal Oman Police and the civilians.
