MUSCAT: In order to serve their customers better, Bank Muscat, the leading financial institution in the Sultanate, has scheduled an upgradation of its banking systems on Friday, July 15, 2022.
Channels such as mobile banking, internet banking, cash deposit machines, contact centre and IVR services will be unavailable between 2 AM to 4 PM on Friday.
Customers can continue to avail the bank’s services through the ATM, POS networks, and conduct e-commerce online purchases.
