MUSCAT: All hotel and tourism establishments have been requested to inform tourists and guests to avoid visiting tourist sites during the turbulent weather conditions in Oman, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has said.
The Sultanate of Oman is currently witnessing varying intensity of rainfall, heavy flow in the wadis and strong waves.
The advisory has come from the ministry in cooperation and coordination with the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority in Oman.

The ministry has issued advisory to abide by the warnings and alerts issued by the competent authorities and to cooperate with the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority to protect lives and maintain public safety.
