MUSCAT: The rescue teams in Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate managed to rescue four people after their vehicle almost drowned in a valley in Al Hamra.
The rescued passengers have been found in good health, the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority said.
The authority has called on commuters to not risk crossing valleys and take caution while travelling.
