MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik congratulated His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, on the anniversary of assuming the reins of the Qatar government.
His Majesty the Sultan also wished his best for the good health, contentment and long life to His Highness. His Majesty expressed his sincere wishes to the people of Qatar to achieve more progress and prosperity.
