MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik bestowed the Oman Civil Order of the second degree on the former Chief of Royal Protocol Juma bin Rashid bin Saeed Al Balushi at Al Baraka Palace Al Amer.
The order was bestowed in appreciation from His Majesty for former Chief of Royal Protocol’s good efforts in performing his duties his tenure at the royal ceremonies in the Diwan of the Royal Court.
