MUSCAT: The firefighting teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) managed to extinguish a wild fire that broke out in farm Al Jila area in Wilayat Bahla.
In a statement issued, CDAA said a number of palm trees were destroyed, however no injuries were recorded. “The firefighting teams managed to extinguish a fire that broke out in a number of palm trees and agricultural waste in Al Jila area in Bahla. The teams managed to control the fire without recording any injuries,” the statement added.
