MUSCAT : A meeting was held here today between Dr. Laila Ahmed Al Najjar, Minister of Social Development and Maryam Al Attiyah, Chairperson of Qatar’s National Human Rights Committee (NHRC).
The meeting explored a spectrum of social topics, particularly the protection of human rights, as well as serving the Omani society. It also touched on the mechanisms implemented for the protection of women, children, people with disabilities and the aged, among other segments of the society.
