MUSCAT: The Sultanate’s Producer Price Index (PPI) based inflation rose by 50.3% during the first quarter compared to the same period in 2021.
In a statement issued, the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) said the rise is mainly due to growth in prices of oil and gas products by 61.7% and non oil products by 8.8%.
