MUSCAT: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has announced the transfer of all registrations of land sale transactions with all their uses through the real estate brokerage offices registered with it, as of 06/12/2022.
The ministry has called on all companies and institutions working in the field of real estate brokerage to reconcile their legal status and apply for the issuance of the necessary licenses to practice the activity.
Additionally, the sales contracts will not be authenticated unless the broker is registered.
