MUSCAT: An administrative fine was imposed on two expatriates for the illegal sale of chewing tobacco in the Wilayat of Rustaq, South Al Batinah Governorate.
According to the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA), a fine of OMR 3000 was levied on Asian expatriates by the authorities.
