MUSCAT: The construction of Oman’s Duqm refinery project is progressing at a good pace despite the great challenges the project faced as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, Talal bin Hamed Al-Awfi, CEO OQ Group has confirmed.
He pointed out that the average completion of the construction works of the refinery project has currently reached about 90 percent, and its trial operation is expected in the first quarter of 2023.
