MUSCAT: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed the Sultanate of Oman’s solidarity with Egypt and has condemned the attack on a water pumping station in western Sinai in Egypt.
The attack resulted in the death and injury of a number of members of the Egyptian armed forces. The ministry has expressed its support for the measures Egypt has taken to maintain its security and stability.
Oman has expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
