MUSCAT: The weather on Friday will be generally clear in most governorates of Oman.
There is a possibility of dust and dust rising over the desert and exposed areas due to the movement of active winds.
Also, there are chances of clouds forming on the Hajar Mountains during the afternoon, and formation of low clouds or fog at the end of the night and early morning in parts of the southeastern and central governorates, Dhofar and coastal areas bordering the Sea of Oman.

Moderate to active southwesterly winds is expected on the coasts of the Arabian Sea, while light to moderate easterly to southeasterly winds over the rest of the governorates.
Calm to medium waves with a maximum height of 1.5 meters can be expected on the coasts of Musandam Governorate and the Sea of Oman. Medium to rough waves with a maximum height of 2.5 meters can be expected on the coasts of the Arabian Sea.
