MUSCAT: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has said that it will be opening and closing a number of lanes on the Rusayl – Bidbid road in Al-Amqat area of Wilayat Bidbid on Friday morning.
The ministry has explained that this is part of the road expansion project and has requested commuters to take caution and follow the necessary guidelines.
