MUSCAT: In the 11th match of the tournament Orient X1 easily beat PSM by 58 runs in the ongoing Ramadan Cricket series at PSM in front of a huge weekend crowd enjoying the game of cricket and the sumptuous cuisine as well.
PSM captain’s decision to bowl first proved too costly as Orient batters smashed some weak bowling from PSM. They hammered 105 runs in 8 overs with Asif scoring 40 runs in 21 balls (6×3 and 4×2) along with Irfan who too scored a quickfire 38 runs in 25 balls with 6×4, 4×2. Zaigham Sheikh got 1 wicket for 22 runs for PSM.
In reply, PSM scored only 58 runs with 4 wickets in 8 overs. Only Abdul Qayum scored 25 runs with 1×6 and 3×4 in 16 balls. Asif Khan was named Man of the Match.

The 12th match of the series was played between Mash Eagles and fancied Asfandyar X1. Mash Eagles won the toss and decided to bowl first. Nadim 41 n.o (3×6, 4×4) and Arif 26 n.o (3×6,1×4) hammered the bowling and took the score to 105.
Mash Eagles started brightly to chase the total through Rizwan’s 29 runs and Zaheer’s 15 runs were not enough for them to win the match. Saqib got 2 wickets for 14 runs. Nadeem was awarded the Man of the Match title.
