MUSCAT: In the 10th match of the PSM Ramadan Cricket tournament, Smile Strikers scored a huge total of 160 in 8 overs against Shaheen X1 Muscat after winning the toss and electing to bat.
Both Bilal and Bilal Malik smashed the Shaheen bowlers on all corners of the grassy PSM ground. Bilal scored 59 runs in 24 balls with 6×8 and 4×2, while Bilal Malik too scored 56 with 8 sixes and a boundary and both remained not out. Raza and Abdullah got a wicket each from Shaheen X1.
In reply Shaheen X1, due to hostile bowling from Smile Strikers supported by brilliant fielding managed only 36 runs. Azeem got 2 wickets for just 7 runs. Bilal Malik was named Man of the Match for this fixture.
