MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik issued two Royal Decrees on Sunday.
The first Royal Decree amended some provisions of the state administrative apparatus system, and the second amended some provisions of Royal Decree No. 31/2012 establishing the National Center for Statistics and Information.
