MUSCAT: A survey conducted by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) said that 73% of users in Oman are satisfied with the mobile telecommunication services provided to them by the service provider, while 45% individuals are dissatisfied with the prices of mobile internet services in the country.
The survey also said that 74.3% of individuals affirmed that their service provider plays an effective role in solving customer problems and 86% agreed that their service provider “is always ready to help.”
Meanwhile, the statistics also showed that 65.4% of the participants agreed that the quality of service provided by the service provider “is always excellent”, and that 84.5% of the respondents agreed that the branch offices of their service providers are located in appropriate places.
