MUSCAT: Oman on Sunday announced the working hours for public and private sector employees during the holy month of Ramadan.
A statement issued by the Oman News Agency (ONA), said the official working hours in ministries, public bodies and other units of the state’s administrative apparatus during the holy month of Ramadan 1443 AH will be from 9 am to 2 pm.”
Meanwhile, for Muslims working in companies and establishments in the private sector has been reduced to six hours per day or around 30 hours per week.
