Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister meets Omani business delegation

The meeting discussed the bilateral relations between Oman and Sri Lanka and the means of enhancing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries.

COLOMBO: The visiting Omani business delegation headed by Eng. Redha Juma Al Saleh, Chairman of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) met Mahinda Rajapaksa, Prime Minister of Sri Lanka on Tuesday.

The meeting discussed the bilateral relations between Oman and Sri Lanka and the means of enhancing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries. The meeting also reviewed the available investment opportunities in the two countries.

The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Juma Hamdan Al Malik Al Shehhi, Ambassador of Oman to Sri Lanka, Ajith Nivard Cabraal, Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and His Excellency Ameer Ajwad, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Oman.
