MUSCAT: Starting from Friday, March 4, World Walking Championships will be hosted by the Sultanate of Oman. The International Association of Athletics Federations will be organising the tournament.
The event will witness a participation of 1000 athletes from 46 countries. These participants will be competing in seven distances at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
