MUSCAT: The Tunisian Ministry of Employment and Vocational Supply said that the Sultanate of Oman and Tunisia will sign a memorandum of understanding in the field of manpower and its development, and set an executive program for cooperation between the two countries in the field of employment extending from 2022 to 2024.
In a statement published by Tunisian media on Tuesday, it was reported that the two countries will launch a huge investment project to support cooperation in the field of employment in 2022.
The report indicated that the Tunisian Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, Nasr El-Din Al-Nusabi, met with Yahya bin Musa Al-Bakri, the Sultanate of Oman’s ambassador to Tunisia. The upcoming Tunisian-Omani joint is expected to be organised in the Sultanate of Oman, specifically in Muscat, at the end of this year.

Al-Nusabi stressed the importance of developing cooperation relations with the Sultanate of Oman in the field of employment and vocational training, and examining the possibilities available for exchanging experiences.
For his part, His Excellency Ambassador Yahya bin Musa Al Bakri announced that an Omani exhibition will be organised in Tunisia to introduce Omani products in the field of traditional industries during the month of October 2022.
