MUSCAT: An Indian film titled ‘Samharam’ directed by Jijin Jith and produced by Jayakumar Vallikavu will be shot in Oman this year.
The makers launched the first-look poster and announced the details about the movie at a special event held at John International Hotel on Friday.
Produced under the banner of ‘JK Films’, the movie will have media personality Kabeer Yousuf in the lead role. “We have been working in the script for quite some time now and we have also finalized several beautiful locations in Oman for the shoot. Samharam will be a treat to watch,” Jijin said.

The movie based on a true story is written by Pramod Paittenkara, while Shaiju Medayil will be the cinematographer.
