MUSCAT: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, represented by the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Planning in the Governorate of North Al Batinah, announced that the title deed of 15 residential lands in the Asrar Bani Omar area in the Wilayat of Shinas, with areas ranging from 600 to 662 square meters has been cancelled.
The title deed was cancelled based on a ruling from the Shinas Court of First Instance. The ministry has confirmed that the title deeds of these 15 lands are considered canceled and are not considered in any case. In its announcement, the ministry did not clarify any other details on the matter.
