MUSCAT: As part of its major expansion plan, Alhind Tours and Travels has opened its new branch in Salalah on Sunday.
The popular travel company with over 150 branches and more than 2,000 employees across the globe is expanding to Asia, the Middle East and Africa this year.
Speaking to The Arabian Stories, Reena Abdulrahman, Chief Operating Officer of Alhind Tours and Travels has also confirmed that the company will open its new office in Sohar soon. Alhind recently launched its B2B travel portal in the Sultanate.

Advocate Abdullah Bin Saeed Tawaib Akaak, Member of Board of Directors of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dhofar Governorate inaugurated the new branch in Salalah.
Alhind recently won the GSA rights for SpiceJet airline in UAE. SpiceJet operates at four airports in UAE. “There are around 60 flights of SpiceJet operating to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Kaimah. It’s a privilege for us to be the official GSA of SpiceJet,” Reena said.
Speaking about the operations in Salalah, Farheen Abdulgani, B2B Operations Manager of Alhind Oman said: “Opening a new branch in Salalah will further strengthen our B2B operations in Oman.”
In Asia, Al Hind has opened its office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The company is also opening its offices in Africa including Somali Land, Utopia, Hargeisa and Gambia this year.
