MUSCAT: The Ministry of Finance has issued a circular regarding the schedule of field visits for members of the government real estate inspection committee and the committee for estimating the annual rent for government real estate and estimating the basic value of real estate offered for sale in the governorates of the Sultanate in 2022.
The circular indicated that the committee will start its program of field visits starting in January.
The Ministry of Finance called on all ministries and government units to provide the secretary of the two committees at the ministry with all the topics to be presented to the two committees before the proposed visit dates to organise and facilitate procedures for inspecting and estimating annual rents for government real estate.

This would ensure follow-up, maintenance and the management of government assets and real estate in accordance with the systems and procedures in force in this regard.
