MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Thursday issued Royal Decree No. 3/2022 appointing Dr. Ali bin Qassim bin Jawad Al Lawati as President of the Royal Academy of Administration, with the same financial rank.
On Tuesday, His Majesty issued a Royal Decree No.2/2022, on the establishment of the Royal Academy for Administration, determining its organizational structure.
Specialists in administrative and academic affairs said that the RAA constitutes a major step forward in boosting the march of administrative training and qualification in the Sultanate of Oman.
