MUSCAT: With the Supreme Committee allowing booster dose (third dose of COVID-19 vaccine), the Ministry of Health (MOH) on Wednesday clarified that the target groups will receive Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, regardless of the type of vaccine received by the person previously.
Third dose of vaccine are allowed for people in high-risk groups including those ages 65 and above, healthcare and frontline workers.
