MUSCAT: Water services has been restored to 99 per cent in all areas of North and South Al Batinah Governorate, the National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) said on Friday.
In the aftermath of Cyclone Shaheen, water services were disrupted in many parts of the governorates.
