MUSCAT: Oman’s Ministry of Labour has urged expats with expired work permits to make use of the exit scheme before March 31.
In a statement issued, the Ministry said no applications after March 31 will be considered. “All employers and expatriate workers wishing to leave the Sultanate can take advantage of the remaining period, which will end on 31st March 2021. Applications received after this date will not be considered,” Ministry said.
Expats who are receiving the approvals must leave the country before June 30, 2021. “All requests and approvals will be cancelled after the expiration of the period granted to them.” the statement added.
