MUSCAT: Two top hockey umpires from India — Javed Sheikh and Raghu Prasad was honoured by SAS Naqvi, the former technical adviser of Oman Olympic Committee and former national hockey coach.
Both Sheikh and Prasad have been officiating HM Cup for Hockey since 2008. The facilitation ceremony was held at the Sports Olympics and Hockey Museum in Rex Road in the presence of Abdul Rehman Al Raisi, former international umpire and national coach. International umpire Khaleel Al Balushi was also present.
