MUSCAT : Galfar Engineering and Contracting have secured contracts worth OMR 68 million from DIAM for its operation and maintenance of various networks and facilities, the company said on Wednesday.
In a statement issued to Muscat Securities Market, Galfar CEO Hamoud Rashid Al Tobi said the new contract will help expand its activities. “These contracts, award letters of which the company received on February 9, 2021, are valid for five years from commencement date which is expected in April / May 2021. We expect these contracts to be important in underpinning the company’s revenues and in boosting its endeavors for expansion of its activities,” he said.
“The company would like to extend its sincere appreciation to DIAM for their valuable confidence on Galfar towards the award of these contracts,” Al Tobi added.
