MUSCAT : BBH Group, a popular real estate company in Oman has issued a statement citing reasons for the delay in completing the water park project in Al Bustan.
BBH said they will withdraw from the project after it incurred financial losses. “We were shifted to three different locations, which resulted in company incurring both time and financial losses at each site assigned to them. It may be noted that such projects need studies by international companies specialized in such activities.
Spread over 50,000 square meters, BBH was planning to build the water park in Muscat Governorate.

In the statement the company said that “the usufruct contract was signed two and a half years ago, but it was transferred, and another usufruct contract was issued.”
