MUSCAT : The service supports customers whose ability to pay electricity bills has been affected by circumstances such as job loss, temporary financial hardship or unexpected emergencies.
Applications are assessed individually to identify suitable solutions based on each customer’s circumstances and the company’s approved criteria, Nama Supply said.
Available options include flexible repayment plans, scheduled payments, grace periods and guidance towards appropriate services, including Yusr and Tasheel, as well as prepayment options where suitable.
Customers can submit requests through the Nama Services app at https://bit.ly/NamaServicesApp or contact Nama Supply’s toll-free call centre on 1011.
