MUSCAT: Jindal Steel has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Sohar University to establish the Jindal Skill Training Centre, an initiative aimed at equipping Omani youth with industry-relevant skills and preparing them for the evolving demands of advanced manufacturing and technology.
The Centre will focus on practical training in Industrial skills including Advanced Manufacturing & Automation, combining Sohar University’s academic expertise with Jindal Steel’s extensive industrial experience.

The Jindal Skill Training Centre will form part of Jindal Steel’s broader efforts toward youth development and capacity building in the Sultanate, supporting the creation of a skilled national workforce capable of contributing to Oman’s future industrial and economic growth.
