MUSCAT : The Smart Contact Centre brings together different communication channels, allowing users to connect with the Social Protection Fund through the method that best suits their needs.
The Fund said services will be introduced gradually as the system is developed and enhanced, with the aim of providing users with an increasingly seamless experience.
The new system offers several ways to connect with the Fund, including:
• Voice services: Direct phone calls.
• Video services: Video calls, including support through sign language.
• Digital services: The virtual agent Musaed, social media platforms, the Fund’s website and the Himaya application.
• In-person services: Visits to the nearest Social Protection Fund branch.
The Smart Contact Center is designed as a single point of access to help users obtain information, receive guidance and identify the services that best meet their needs.
