MUSCAT : The authority advised shop owners to clearly mark all goods included in the updated 0 percent Value Added Tax (VAT) list when displaying them for sale, allowing consumers to easily identify products that are not subject to VAT.
It also urged consumers to report any listed item that continues to be charged VAT. Complaints can be submitted directly through the Tajawob platform, with consumers asked to provide the relevant business details when filing a report.
