MUSCAT: The authorities took action after the three individuals were found to have hunted the protected animals in violation of environmental legislation.
The Environment Authority said the necessary legal measures have been initiated against those involved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The authority reiterated the importance of protecting Oman’s wildlife and preserving biodiversity, urging members of the public to comply with environmental laws and avoid activities that threaten protected species.
