MUSCAT : Acclaimed Malayalam playback singer K. S. Harishankar is set to make his Oman debut this November, bringing his band to the City Amphitheatre in Qurum for a major live concert.
Harishankar will headline The Ultimate Music Fiesta Season 2, presented by Sea Pearls and organised by NHP Events, on November 6, 2026.
Known for his distinctive vocals and versatility across Malayalam cinema and live music, Harishankar has built a strong following through a repertoire that blends melody, contemporary sounds and classical influences.

His first performance in Oman will see him take the stage with his band for an evening featuring some of his popular numbers and a wider celebration of Malayalam music.
The City Amphitheatre, which can accommodate more than 4,000 spectators, is expected to provide the setting for one of the major Malayalam live music events in Muscat this season.
Tickets are currently available through NHP Events’ online platform, with Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver categories offering different seating options.
The concert comes as NHP Events prepares a packed entertainment calendar in Oman over the coming months.
Baba Sehgal is scheduled to perform at the Sheraton Oman Hotel on October 29, bringing his distinctive blend of rap, pop and nostalgia to Muscat.
Following Harishankar’s November 6 performance, Malayalam playback singer Vidhu Prathap and his band will take the stage at the City Amphitheatre on November 27 for another full-scale live concert.
NHP Events has also scheduled a major production at the City Amphitheatre on December 4, with details of the event yet to be announced.
The series reflects the organiser’s push to bring a broader mix of large-scale music and entertainment productions to Oman, catering to audiences across different generations and musical tastes.
For Malayalam music fans, however, Harishankar’s first Oman performance is expected to be one of the highlights of the season, marking the singer’s long-awaited debut before audiences in the Sultanate.
